Krazy Day!

Good afternoon! The day started off relaxing.  I made coffee for me and hummingbird nectar for.......oh yeah hummingbirds ;)  I sat on the screened porch and drank my coffee watching and listening to nature while surfing quilt blogs. Once Hubby woke up we ran to Home Depot, he is redoing my kitchen, finally! Yahoo! I have wanted to get into this sewing room all day but it was so nice outside I couldn't resist harvesting fresh green beans. Of course I couldn't stop there I had weeding and pruning to do.  I found a birds nest in one of my hanging ferns. Awe, can't wait to see the little guys.  So, now onto quilting. Here is my second quilt.

Debbie Powell taught us this sampler quilt by Alex Anderson in a class I took at Debbie's quilting studio its called Miss Lou's Quilting Studio in Henderson, NC. I am so glad that I found this studio. Debbie is a wonderful lady/friend. I have acquired several great friends and am learning a lot.  It is a great book for beginners.

Well, it's 4:00 I better get quilting.  Until next time take care of yourselves and each other! :P
